DMV Win and DUI Charge Dismissed

Client was leaving Vince’s Spaghetti in Old Town Temecula, and crashed his vehicle onto a center divider. The police arrived and arrested him for DUI, and took his blood. We won the DMV hearing, and then filed a motion to suppress evidence under Penal Code section 1538.5 in court. At the suppression motion hearing, we won and the blood alcohol result was suppressed. The DUI charges were thereafter dismissed.
