DMV Refusal Suspension Set Aside

Client was involved in a serious collision with a police patrol vehicle. The police took him to the station, and claimed he refused chemical testing, which could have resulted in a one-year license revocation, with no restricted license options. After careful review of all body-worn camera evidence, and discovery, we discovered the arresting officer failed to follow the law, and never offered our client a breath test. The refusal suspension was set aside.
