DMV 2nd Offense License Suspension Set Aside

Client was pulled over in Big Bear. A sample of his blood was taken and analyzed by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, which uses direct injection single column gas chromatography to analyze blood for alcohol. This method is highly unreliable and outdated. We called our forensic toxicologist to testify that the method used by the lab is unreliable, and the suspension was set aside.
